Semi-Private Sessions

Join a 50-minute Semi-Private Pilates session—an intimate, cost-effective way to train with a partner of similar experience. After completing a private session, you’ll be paired for guided, personalized instruction using a variety of equipment and props. Each class blends individualized attention with shared energy, helping both participants grow, progress, and enjoy the benefits of Pilates together.

Mini Group Sessions
