Private Sessions

Duo Sessions

Join a 50-minute Duo Pilates session—an intimate, cost-effective way to train with a partner of similar experience. After completing a private session, clients may be paired or continue training with a friend in a Duo setting for guided, personalized instruction using a variety of equipment and props. Each session blends individualized attention with shared energy, helping both participants to grow, progress, and enjoy the benefits of Pilates together.

Semi-Private Sessions

Find the perfect mix of personal attention and group motivation in our semi-private Pilates sessions. With a maximum of four participants, you’ll receive hands-on guidance, personalized modifications, and a dynamic workout using reformers, springboards, and props. Build strength, improve flexibility, and move with confidence—while enjoying the energy of a supportive small group.
